Landen Lake Pediatrics is located at 4834 Socialville Foster road which is just north of Fields Ertel road. From Hwy 71 take the Fields Ertel Road exit. Go north on Mason Montgomery Road until you come to Socialville Foster Road. Turn right (east) on SocialVille Foster road until you come to 4834. Turn left into parking lot.
